Monthly Service Visits & Audits

Regular service visits are one of our core strengths. For the first time in Sri Lanka, we introduced an online digital service report and hygiene audits. 

This provides comprehensive feedback to our customers on the cleaning status of the housekeeping, kitchen or laundry operations that we service. Our service reports cover:

• Health and functioning of our dosing equipment
• Feedback on the cleanliness, food safety compliance or linen wash quality depending on the department being serviced.
• Historic data for analysis and decision making purposes.
