Return / Refund Policy 

At Cleansol, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or adjustments are provided.

1. Service Nature

Since Cleansol provides cleaning and maintenance services, we do not accept returns of physical goods (unless sold separately as part of a package).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or service adjustments will be considered in cases where:

  • The service was not delivered as booked due to our error.

  • There is clear evidence of unsatisfactory service quality that does not meet the agreed scope.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The client provides incorrect information or instructions.

  • The service could not be completed due to unsafe or inaccessible premises.

  • The client cancels without the required 24-hour notice.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion with:

  • Your booking reference number

  • Details of the issue

  • Supporting photos or evidence (if applicable)

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
