• Pricing: All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and may change without prior notice.

4. Booking

You can book a service via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if necessary, in which case we will inform you promptly.

5. Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, deposit, or credit/debit card. Payment must be made according to the terms stated in your booking confirmation.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

As we provide services rather than physical goods, returns are not applicable. Refunds are available only in cases of service errors or non-delivery, as outlined in our Return / Refund Policy.
